Online Appointment for PIO

HI All,

Do I need to book online Appointment at HCL for PIO .if so what option do i need to select from the Drop down in the on-line appointment .There are option OCI, Passport and Counsellor services. Can you please let me know if anyone has done recently

From what I read here is that PIO is just walk-in get a token and submitt, one would think why PIO applications do not have a online appointment available?

Must be just an oversight by our good old Indian Govt, (MEA)
