PIO card update for lifelong validity?

Hi

I have a PIO card issued several years back, now i am going to send it out to HCI for updating my new British Passport number (since i renewed mine recently), into the PIO card.

I am filling up the the Misc. services form, and in the section where it asks "what services do you need", I was wondering if I could put two things, i.e.:

1. Update my new (renewed) UK passport number in the PIO card
2. Update the PIO validity with words "LIFE LONG" (or equivalent words) in the PIO card

Do you think the second point above makes sense, or should i just leave it as is and not ask for it, since they will anyway update it on their own since the PIO cards are now valid for life long (including the cards issued prior to 30/Sept/2014)? (and my PIO card shows an expiry date at sometime in 2020).

I want to get the lifelong validity words updated in my PIO card.

Also, if anybody has received their new PIO card recently, what words do you see in the Validity section of the PIO card please? Does it say LIFELONG now?
