OCI Application for Spouse - clarification of documents

My wife is not born in India and I am looking to apply for a OCI card. Can you please confirm I chose the right documents for the application

INDIAN ORIGIN PROOF - My (Husbands) OCI card
SPOUSE OCI CARD - My (Husbands) OCI card ( Again)

RELATIONSHIP CERTIFICATE - Marriage Certificate
MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE - Marriage Certificate (Again)


I had to upload the same document again in two places. Hope this is not an issue

We were also told to upload my wifes (foreign-born) birth certificate for her application.

So in the application online: 1) applicant's current pp; 2) spouse OCI card; 3) marriage certificate; 4) applicant's birth certificate.

the birth certificate was uploaded as 'relationship certificate' (doesn't make complete sense, i know..but was told to do this at VFS, Goswell road (london))
