Submitting expired Indian Passport

Hi All,

Please help

1. Today my son received his British passport. His Indian passport is expiring tomorrow.

When I apply for Indian passport submission, will the expired Passport be an issue? I will fill up the form first thing tomorrow morning.

2. My husband got his British passport a year ago, still not submitted his Indian passport. Will this be a issue?
He will be submitting along with my son tomorrow.

Not an issue as long as he has not used his Indian passport for travel after getting British passport.

As long as he has not used his Indian passport for travel, not an issue as it is within the 3 year period. Once it exceeds 3 years, there is £160 fine to pay.
