Oci of minor with one parent

Hi,

I have a query and would be great to get guidance from this group.

My daughter is 5 years old born in USA. My husband works in USA and currently I'm living with my daughter in India. My husband had a bad accident and can't travel long distance.
I had submitted all the documents for my daughter's OCI.
And I'm Indian by birth along with my parents. My husband is American by birth.
Can I go for the oci appointment with my daughter without husband. Do I need any document to submit as consent?

You can go to OCI appointment without your husband, but you need provide both parents passport
