OCI Address Change for Minor

We have recently shifted within the UK.

I have my and my wife's name on the new council tax bill that can act as an address proof.

Could some one please outline any document for a 12 year old home schooler that could act as proof for address change on OCI card.

I understand the address change falls under miscellaneous services that are ex gratis in nature, however, if one was willing to pay the required fee is it possible to get a new booklet with address change or the same reflected as an observation on the current booklet.

You can submit parents document as address proof for minor or you can get a letter from your GP or School
