Malaysian Visit Visa on Refugee Travel Doc

Good Evening,

I’m hoping someone might be able to help or share their own experiences of this as there seems to be limited information online for those in my situation.
My wife and I have recently been granted Refugee status in the UK. I’m over the pension age so do not work. My daughter lives in Malaysia and I have not seen her for 10 years. I wish to visit her and have applied for my Refugee Travel Document. I understand that I need a Malaysian Visit Visa as the UK Refugee Travel Doc is not eligible for visa-free entry nor can an eVisa be used.
Does anybody have any experiences they can share of obtaining a visit visa for Malaysia? Some advice or guidance on the supporting documentation required would be appreciated.
