non-UK visa applications

Hi folks,

not really a 'UK Immigration' matter here but hopefully someone can help.....

My girlfriend from Peru is coming to the UK on a Visitor Visa in mid-December. Within her 6 months here, I am planning to attend a friends wedding in Mexico and am hoping to take her with me. I know that Peruvian citizens do require a Visa for Mexico but am not sure of the application process.

We were also hoping to visit friends in Ireland whilst she is here.

Can anyone advise if it is possible for her to apply for a Mexican or Irish visit from within the UK? Or does this need to be done from her home country?

It is most likely I will be sponsoring each of these additional visa applications.
