visa for travel outside UK

hi can anyone please advise my husband recently came from morocco. he has ILE stamp on his passport. Does he need a visa to visit his home country and other african countries and could you also please advise how many days he is allowed to stay out of the country.

If he is Moroccan, why he would need a visa to visit his own country?

That he holds ILE doesn't exempt him from visa rules that apply to a Moroccan passport holder - whatever visa rules applied pre ILE still apply post ILE.

Thanx for you advice plum 70 but this is an immigration forum. Not everyone is aware of all immigration rules and criteria. if you find giving advice too much trouble then please dont answer. especially in that tone of writing.
