KENYA DUAL NATIONALITY HELP

Hello all.

I understand that dual nationality has now been implemented by the Kenyan government in the new constitution. I am a Kenyan citizen living in the UK and wish to apply for British citizenship.

Before I do this, has the new rule for dual citizenship actually been implemented fully i.e are all immigration staff at Kenyan airports aware of dual citizenship? The reason I ask is that I don't want complications when I travel to Kenya with dual passports especially when departing Kenya with a British passport having entered Kenya with a Kenyan passport.

Any advice would be highly appreciated or any feedback from anyone facing the same situation.
