OCI - Is mother's OCI proof enough

Post by sakoni2001 » Wed Jul 20, 2011 11:30 pm

Hi

I want to apply for OCI. My mother was born in India and later became a British National.

Currently she lives in Kenay and applied for her OCI there. She does not have a birth certificate but does have OCI.

Is that enough to convince the Indian High Commission in London that I am eligible for OCI. I have my Birth Certificate confirming that she is my mother and a copy of her OCI.

Thank you in advance.
