Surrender of Indian passport

Post by ric1982 » Wed Dec 19, 2012 3:14 pm

Hi,

I have two Indian passports
(1) With all visas but Cancelled due to expiry
(2) Latest passport Without any visa stamps.

Could someone please advise if I need to surrender both passports or only the active one?

thanks,

Thanks that answers the question.
I have two more regarding photocopy of passport.
(1) I understand for indian passport you only need to photocopy the one with Visa stamps. In my case my new passport does not have any visa and I am not surrendering my cancelled passport. So do I only need to copy front and backpages of Indian passport?
(2) For British passport do I need to photocopy all the pages (as there are no stamps) or only front and back?

Thanks

If the new Indian passport does not have Visa stamps then don't worry just photocopy front and back pages.
For British passport just photocopy the page with the photograph, that will do.
