OCI for New born in UK

Friends, I have gone through the OCI page of hcilondon.in web site but couldn't get a clear information on what supporting documents must be sent along with application form. Below are the details

Father: Naturalized British Citizen with OCI
Mother: ILR holder

Baby born after father's British Citizenship and OCI. I am going to send the following documents

1) Completed On-line application form - Part A and Part B
2) Original Birth Certificate - New born
3) Copy of British Passport - New born
4) Copy of OCI - Father
5) Copy of British passport - Father
6) Two Color passport pictures as per OCI photo guidelines
7) Postal Order for 175GBP on HCI, London

Can someone advise if i missed anything ?

All correct, make sure you send full birth certificate.
