Photo Upload at the time of OCI ONLINE application

Hi.

I am making online application for OCI. I have a query.

Does Photo upload is mandatory while making online applictaion ?
or
I can paste photo after taking printout. It will be taken care by HCI?

You can do either, however I pasted photo after taking printout- HCI accepted it

HI Guys -

i am applying for my 4 months old son's OCI card.
i am done with the part A but after that i leads me nowhere but to a page that says to upload the photo and signature.
I dont see an option that says "SKIP".
the only option i see is
1.To upload Applicant's Image & Signature
2. To Exit, and complete later

when choose the option 1 i dont see any "SKIP" but to upload the the 2 JPEG files.
when i choose the option 2 i get exit completely and i have to reopen the web page with ,my temp application ID.

any help would be appreciated, its getting delayed, i mean it keep saying me that i have to fill Part B but never got directed to a page that says part B.

Not sure why you chose a 15 months old topic to post your query in! Things change in that time.

1. Read this.
2. You cannot get to PART-B unless you upload the images (photograph + signature).
