OCI Approved- Delay in Collection

Hi,

My OCI got approved by December 30.

My first mistake is that I did not see the status until January 15th.

Second one, I am out of UK until Feb 13th.

Is it ok if I come back and collect it or is there anything that the OCI will be invalid due to non collection.

Is there any email Id that I can contact to check the same from Indian embassy , london?

Is it only postal or can I go and collect in person as well ?

Hi,

Please email shettybn[at]nic.in to seek answer. I have received response from them advising that they will keep at HCI London for some time,don't know the exact time.

I will also advise you to email HCI Public Response Unit, Email: info.london@hcilondon.in to notify late collection.
You should be Ok afterwards.
