Applying for OCI for a child

Hi Thanks for taking time on this query.

I would like to apply for OCI for my child, who is british by birth. Me and Husband both have Indian Passport.

Tried filling up OCI form Online. I have few questions on

Can I sign on my child behave?

It would be great if anyone experinced and Can advice me on this for the whole proces..

Where do you want to sign? Have you looked at the the form carefully? Which section are you talking about?
