it seems samkama had his and wife's student nurse visa extension done. have read the past thread i know that the correct form is to send FLR [O] . could john or samkama pls tell me what are the documents send along with the application form for the student nurse extension? perhaps samkma u could help . thanx in advance

I just came across your post and feel this reply is too late, You could have sent a PM to me. Anyway if you still need the list of documents required they are
1. Passport
2. Letter from the place of training/university (Adaptation letter)
3. Valid NMC desicion letter
4. Bank statement (Three months)
5. Photographs (2)
