Convert Working Holiday VISA to Work Permit, IT Professional

Hello,

I am NZ citizen (here on Working Holiday VISA) and am working in UK in Networking field. I have passed 12 months.

My Employer is happy to apply for Work Permit on my behalf. Only doubt I have in my mind is, what kind of salary does he have to offer, what should be the Job Title and will my Work Permit application be denied, because my occupation is not in sjortage list. (Information Tech, Networking Field)
