Is your spouse British? If yes, you can apply now. If not, you will need to wait 1 year.
See Q1 in Citizenship FAQs - Common Questions.

The information i need is
Naturalisation £851
Registration £631
Section 4C Registration (ceremony fee only) £80

So which one applies to me, i mean if i apply for naturalisation the fee am gona pay is £851 +£80 or i have to pay £631 registration aswell?

Thanks
Raja
