TWES: enquiry for HSMP after leaving UK

Hi guys,

I have been under TWES for 2 years. As I have to leave UK after TWES, I am planning to go back to my country and my company has already asked me if I could work for them back in my country.

My question is, do I have to stay away from UK for 2 years after TWES, and then I could start to apply HSMP? Or instead, may I start to process my HSMP within 2 year staying out of UK? (say a year and half)
