You do not have any rights to bring them to UK to test your relationship, because of your british citizenship.

In a nutshell, he will have to follow the same procedure that you followed in past.

I think you know all the answers yourself. After all you have been through all the civil partnership procedure, gained entry and settlement and then citizenship through it.

You will have the same rights which your (former) partner had, on whose basis you are a british citizen now.

You will have to dissolve your civil partneship if you haven't already done so, before you can form a new civil partnership.

Your partner can spend time here on a visit visa, but keep in mind visit visas are for visit, and not for living as such. If immigration notices that he is spending rather long periods of time in UK on a regular basis then they might refuse him entry at some point.
