Marriage Question

Hello all,
I would welcome your kind advice on this matter.
I have dual citizenship (Bulgarian/American).
A month ago I came to London to visit my boyfriend (on a 6 months visitor visa as an American). He is a Bulgarian citizen, self-employed under the ECAA (currently on Further Leave to Remain). We would like to get married. What would be the best way to do it? Would I be able to work here if I marry him?
