PSW visa, docs received but not BRP card :( Pls help me!

I received my PSW approval letter on 2'nd of September with all my docs such as passport and so on, however I haven't got my BRP card yet. It's been more than 20 days now. As it is mentioned in the letter, I should've received my BRP within 7 working days, but I haven't received it yet. I therefore would like to know the status of my BRP card whether it's been sent or lost somewhere before delivering. I've also sent an email to the address that's on the approval letter and been waiting for the reply. Please help in this regard. Here are my details.

Do you have any idea when they're gonna reply to my email address? I'm just wondering if I have to wait for another month again.... This is so annoying!
