Student dependent visa....pls. help!

Hello,

I am on a student visa. Was single while I got my visa. Got married just few days before comin to UK. My husband applied for students visa which got rejected before 2 months. We were not aware of the dependent visa..until I came here.

So, we are now planning for a dependent visa for him. My questions:
1. Are there chances of refusal for the dependent visa, on the grounds that his students visa was rejected and that we were not married at the time of my visa application?
2. Pls. provide the procedure and the list of documents required for the application.
3. How much finance should I have to show in order to support till he finds work here?
