ICT should i go for it?

HI

its an odd situation by here it goes.

I am Medical graduate MBBS from Pakistan,living in Pakistan ...and am working for a UK based Limited company on a multi task role involving online psychiatric +psychiatric+ Computer based server decision support + site designing . I am involved in key decisions of the limited company. I have been working with this company for last 6 months. Now should my company has talked over moving me to main office in UK on ICT basis.
What i am confused is about

1-- I am medical graduate ..thats the only qualification i have on paper.
2-- I have a multi task job involving Medical + IT + Career Couselling services for the company + companies future decision and strategy making . A multi task position which does not fall in any certain job field.
3- I have worked with company from Pak for last 6 months now.

SO am i eligible for Intra company transfer on that basis using Tier1 Permits?
