please help
i have been in uk for 7 years and sence then i have been working all da time for the first 5 yaers i have been as asylum seeker and after that i get married to eu wife .
my eu wife is been in uk for last 5 years she is been working since then and she can proove it .with p60s and letters from work ....ect
we apply for risedent permit on dec 2004 and we granted leave to remian ..
is been 3 years since we get married and 3 years with leave to remian
1) is it possible for my wife to apply for ILR now as she been working here for over 5 years
and is possible for me to apply for ILr as well
