Affiliation for private institute

Hi,

Apologize for this of topic discussion(if at all) but would really really appreciate any assistance on this. Basically my brother offers education services (20+ yrs experiece) which is a private institute as of now. No certificates or any awards are provided to the students undertaking courses at his private institute. But now that he has been offering this service from nearly 20 years, he would like to colaborate with any universities or education authority/body IN UK or US which could provide affiliation to his private institution. It could be in the form of examination conducted by the body for studends attending the courses in his institutes and eventually awarding certificates or degree for those studends.

Even a little knowledge sharing would be appreciated or directing to a website would also be a great help.
