Hi Guys

I'd appreciate some information on this :-

If you are on a work permit and within the next few months your company decides to outsource your dept. For instance they decide to outsource in 4 months time and you need 6 months to get your ILR , what happens to your workpermit? I know that the outsourcing company should normally take on the people in that dept being outsourced. Would the outsourcing company need to apply for new workpermit for you if you have 2 more months? What options does one have when in this situation?
