Switching from spouse visa to HSMP

Hello There,

Can I switch from Spouse Visa to HSMP. I was on work permit and have switched to Spouse Visa but I am not sure I'll be able to get ILR on marriage basis.My wife has got some mental health problems unfortunately.

Pls advice.
