goin abroad will it effect my status as home student ?

Post by jango » Sun Feb 18, 2007 9:52 pm

I married my wife who is EEU citizen and resident in uk. I'm on spouse visa right now. Before that i was on student visa when we married i had to go back to my home country to get a entry clearance visa which was first issued on 7/7/2005 and lasted about a year then we applied for spouse visa which is still valid till june 2008. Ok here is the question I've been told i will be considered as home student after 3 years living in uk(Student visa period won't count) Is this true?

Another question: Are these 3 years should be continues? i mean would it be effected if i go to my home country for a visit for about a month or so? Any tip is much appreciated. Thanks

You've asked the same question on another thread:
