Tier I Entrepreneur refusal -HELP ..

Good Evening,

I made an application for Tier 1 Entrepreneur (switched from PSW to tier 1 Entrepreneur) in February 28th 2013, (my current leave has expired.)

My application has been refused and I am appealing.
Appeal -June 2013, (pls when am I likely to be invited for hearing in court).

Also ,the issue here is that my business partner was not given the right of appeal, he is making a fresh application with a different business. I got engaged to a British citizen and would like to switch category.

Please I need advice on what to do next, I am still waiting to get a date of hearing in court, but would like to switch catergory where possible like TIER 4 or a spouse.

You cannot make a new application while an appeal is pending .It will be a while before you get your day before the judge.
