Question about spousal ILR application

I am on a spousal visa, and my husband's on a work permit. He is eligible to apply for ILR in July this year. I received my dependancy (spousal) visa 4 months after he got his work permit in 2002. Does anyone know if we can still apply for our ILR at the same time, or do I have to wait 4 extra months?

I believe that you can apply with your spouse on SET(0) form , you don’t have to wait for 4 more months
