British citizen: Name change in India flat, PPF and PAN Card

Hi,

I am not sure where to post this mail, any suggestions are welcome, thanks in advance.

I was born in India and all my education, passport was on my birth name (Sara M). I got married and got job at the same time so got job as Sara M but as my in-laws insisted changed the name to Sara P and got PPF account, PAN card and even flat (joint with my husband) by name Sara P. I have to travel to UK urgently and as my passport was on Sara M name, work permit, passport, UK bank account, address all was on Sara M (as my husband and I do not have any issue with that we left it like that, to be honest I prefer it to be my birth name). I got my HSMP, PR and than British citizenship/passport on Sara M as well. No worries there.

My main worry is my PPF account, PAN card and flat is still on Sara P (same name with my husband's surname), I want to change name in PAN and PPF account as it is my home town and also want to know how I can make affidavit that both are same person (who will make that affidavit as I am not Indian citizen anymore, neither Indian resident). If we have to sale the flat, will there be any issues? as Sara P does not exist as of now on paper.

If I setup my PAN card as Sara M P will that help?
