Post by kavita420 » Mon Jun 25, 2007 5:04 pm

Hi,

I did my MSc on sept. 2006 and extend my visa by taking into one of the london college. I did not attend any classes.

I am on student visa. Working ful time in a company from last 5 months.
Company got work permit for me. I have to apply FLR(IED).

Should i mention my college name on FLR(IED) or not.

will i be granted FLR(IED) or not.

Please reply me.

no way in hell will they allow you get the visa, they wont even allow you to meet the immigration/visa officer. The screening staff will NOT even let you file an application. The term to look is 'switching', you have already made a mistake not going to college and working full time, the next big mistake will be applying for my visa, my suggestion go to college study.. show bia that you are studying and have a job offer. They would like to see records and might investigate with the college.. again youre in a pit.. dont know how will you sort things out.
