Is TB Testing mandatory for business visas?

Hi,

I am applying for a long term business visa with a validity of 2 years from China. In the checklist that was given to me after finishing the application form it states a "TB Test" report is required. I could not find this anywhere in their initial list of documents. I wonder, if this is also mandatory for a Business Visitor visa?
