Father Visit Visa Queries

Hi my father is retired govt employee India living on his own. Can you please advise me what documents my father requires for the application & what docs I need to provide.

My father already visited Uk in 2010 for two weeks, Can I apply for the two year visa this time and is this the multi-entry visa.
