Want a divorce from an EEA national and move to Sweden

Hello,

I have been married for over 3 years (2011 October) to an EEA national. We have lived in the UK all this time. As I am a non-EEA national a received a time resticted residence card that expires in 2017.
We have now seperated but not filed for the divorce yet.
We both have new partners and I want to move to Sweden where my new partner is from.

My question is: If I divorce my wife what will happen to me? Do I need to file a new application to be able to stay in the UK until I get a reply from the Swedish embassy whether I can come or not?
