Visa duration for Permanent Contract

Hello All,

I am a System engineer i want to know if i get permanent job in uk (my original country is Tunisia and now i am working in France)

How much would be the duration of the resident permit. i know that the minimum is 6 months but in this case i will work for inderminate duration.

Can someone help me and tell me more about the process of hiring from outside uk & europe.

The most import is the duration of resident permit.
