Not able to make out all my past travel dates

I am applying for a family visitor visa and there is a section where I need to provide my past international travel details. I am not able to make out all the travel details to various countries from my passport stampings as some are not clear/over-written and some have been paper visas. However, I have all the past UK travel details.

Please could you advise if it is sufficient to provide only UK travel dates? Should I also provide the only dates that are clear? Should I add any comments in the additional comments section explaining this?
