what do you think ?

Post by badmaash » Sun Aug 19, 2007 6:40 pm

after my experiances with this board there is no doubt that there is benefit for somebody who has no information in regards to immigration rules but my proposal is that it need to be more organised

so why not have information on certain catogries of visa in posts which can then be used as a initial point to look

like for example absences there is to much specualtion why because everyone qoutes different amount of days some say 180 some say something else, some go by natrualisation rules so what i think we need to is put up information boards for viewing only and all information backed by evidence

so if someone says certain days would cause ilr to be rejected then they must back it with proof

and this in regards to all posts so for example financial test
make a post saying what it is
and bringing all information form the cdredible sources not specualtion

withmy experaince i see the uk national can claim as long as the partner does not who is on spouse visa but then others say if he is on benefits how will he pass the test
so my point is if he can claim then why should it then go against him ?

itsw my opinion maybe im wrong

Bad maash, I think we are all getting a bit fed up with your multiple threads on the same issue. I don't think what you suggest is a bad idea, except the info is really available if you search for it. If you'd like the moderators to organize the info, fair enough but try stopping splitting threads.
