Sponsoring multiple families??

Hi.
I am planning to call some family to UK in the next few months. They will not be coming to the UK at the same time, and I need to make separate sponsorships for each family. I am just a bit worried; is there a limit to how many people you can sponsor at one time?? Is there some rule like, "you can only sponsor one family in 6 months"?? I have tried looking on many website; but no one addresses this question. Help would be greatly appreciated
