Passport sent back to embassy for visa how long to come bac?

Hi Does anyone know after the reconsideration letter has come and the passport has been sent back for the Visa to the embassy how long is the approximate waiting time for them to send the passport back with the Visa just I am planning to go see Jamalkhan and wanted to take himm to Dubai but I am going in the beggining of Oct.

Also it took them like 4 weeks after they got the letter from the AIT to send the recon letter how long before they send the passport with the Visa? hope you can answer my question or shed any light on the time line
