what supporting documents do I include for EC? Please help

Post by sally12345 » Sat Sep 22, 2007 3:12 pm

Dear All,

I have a few questions for you all, my soon to be husband is an overstayer of 3 years in the Uk we are Planning on going back to his home country in January 2008 where we will start the proceeding I.e. Marriage and then apply for a spouse visa etc.

As part of the supporting application I will include an up to date C.V and covering letter for him I am just wondering if it’s safe for me to add on his CV that he has done some voluntary work.

Whilst he was an overstayer in the UK he did not get paid for it but got meals and transportation if they went anywhere i.e. trips, picking up dropping off youths etc he was working as a youth worker.

The Organisation are willing to give refs if need be but I am not sure if this is wise?

Not sure if it will work in our favour or not?

Please could someone advise me Many Thanks?

I welcome all advice
