nhs surcharge

hello, please i need some advice,



i was just looking throught the flr(fp) form and i noticed it asked for an IHS number which has something to do with nhs surcharge.


my question is? do i have to pay the surcharge as i am under 18. and if do, how much do i have to pay

Yes unless you are under Local Authority Care. £500 payable online before submitting your visa application. Once payment is made you will be issued with an IHS number.
(Casa, not CR001)
