Searching for options for my Indonesian partner

Hello,
I have a more than 3 years relationship with my partner, he is Indonesian. I am Hungarian, having double citizenship: Hungarian and Romanian and currently I am living in England. My boyfriend is working on cruise ships in the Hospitality field, holding a German working visa. We are exploring our options to live and work together here in the UK. I checked the register sponsor list but would help me a lot of i get some info about the chances to find sponso in F&B department. Or is there any job type which he could apply for to make it easier? He has degree in Hopsitality. Is there any chance I can invite him here, if yes what are the criterias?

As you are an EEA national you can bring your dependent family member into UK (assuming you are a qualified person exercising treaty rights).
