IHS Refund Timeline

Hey everyone,

My change of employment Tier 2 application got refused on October 1st, but my current Tier 2 visa is still valid until 2017 so I am staying on it and not changing sponsors.

When will I receive the IHS refund? As I did not do admin review, it states that I should get the refund automatically processed, but it's been 20 days. Is there someone I should contact or something I should do to get the refund?
