Business Visitor Visa visits

Hi, I have received a multiple entry business visitor visa for 6 months in order to attend an interview at the UK. I haven't attended my interview yet. There's a conference happening in the UK next month and I want to participate in it. I can take care of all the expenses. Can I attend the conference?

I haven't travelled anywhere, this is my first passport and my visit away from my country (India). Thanks in advance.
