Judicial Review on Asylum

Post by rehman981 » Fri Oct 23, 2015 8:50 pm

Hello everyone. I claimed asylum but it was refused.
1) My hearing in First Teir Tribunal refused.
2) Permission to appeal in First Tier Tribunal refused.
3) Permission to appeal to Upper Tribunal refused.
My silicitor is not helping me lodging my Judicial Review instead she is saying that my wife should claim asylum and I become her dependant.
I have been here from last 9 and half years and going to be 10 years soon and I have never been overstayed. If I become dependent of my wife in her asylum claim without lodging Judicial Review then will it break my lawful stay?
Please help me what should I do.
Thanks

You can make a human right application now.
