Sister Visit Visa intent to return to Pakistan

Hello,

I am an ILR holder as I am married to British Citizen and we have a child together.

I would like to sponsor my sister from Pakistam whom is 22 years of age. She is NOT married and wishes to visit the UK. Please note my wife, child and I visited Pakistan begining of this year.

How can I make the case stronger?
She isn't studying, working or married.
She doesn't have any land or any property to her name.

Obviously at the end of the visit visa she would return as my siblings and parents/cousins etc are all
Back home. How can we prove that she will return at the end of her visit?

Can someone please shed some light into this and give us some advice.
