DLR

Post by avon1987 » Sat Nov 14, 2015 12:50 am

Hello,
I am about to apply for discretionary leave to remain in the UK as the license of my college has been revoked and I have been adviced to return to my home country before 23rd of December, 2015.

My situation:
I relocated to the UK in 2013 with a tier 4 visa after getting married to my husband who was also leaving in the UK with tier 4 visa. He is currently a dependent on my tier 4 visa.

He had already spent 4 years before I came on the tier 4 visa. Altogether, he has spent 6 years in the UK.
We currently have a 1 year old daughter.

In total, we have spent about £50,000 on tuition and living cost and have absolutely nothing to fall back to if we are to return to our home country. This is because we no longer have any savings.

Please help, what are our chances?
